We want to get things to you as quickly as humanly possible!
Our primary shipping service is USPS. This can take 2-7 business days from coast-to-coast. Products ship from Victoria, Texas.
We do our best to ship items out as quickly as possible, usually within 24 hours, if your order is placed in the working week. We will let you know ASAP if there are any problems.
We do not
profit from shipping. Your shipping cost will be exactly the same as we are charged (or in some cases less) by whichever shipping company is used to deliver your package.
If you'd like to make a purchase and have it shipped RUSH or internationally, please send us an email to sales (at) minawear.com. Be sure to include a list of the products you'd like to purchase, including sizes and colors, your shipping address, phone number, and the email address to which we should send a Paypal invoice (we currently only accept Paypal payments for orders shipped abroad). A member of our Customer Service team will contact you to make all the arrangements.

- Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.

We do not accept international exchanges. Items purchased on sale or with discount coupons are not exchangeable or refundable. These are FINAL SALES.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, size, style, or color — we need to have it back in our hands within 30 days of your receiving it. Please call ahead to reserve the item you want to replace it with.
Ship the item back to us at the address below with a copy of the invoice or the invoice number, and state what you want to exchange it for. Items being sent back to us can be shipped via UPS, FedEx, or US Priority Mail, and it's suggested you keep your tracking number handy until you know we've received the item.
All items should be returned to the address below in sale-able condition, within 7 days of your receiving it. Upon receipt and approval, a refund will be issued to the card that was used to place the order if we receive it within 7 days of your receiving it. Please allow 10-14 business days for the full processing of your return.

*Shipping charges will not be refunded on returned merchandise.
*Should there be any exception, i.e. where we cannot replace an item which is defective, only the standard ship charge will be refunded. (i.e. Fed Ex additionals will not be refunded).
• NO returns or exchanges on Clearance and Sale and Discounted items
• Only online orders are to be returned or exchanged through minawear.com.
•Any items bought at a retail store are to be returned or exchanged though that particular store.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of certain items*, including:
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery**
- Clearance, Sale, or Discount items.
- Any article of clothing or clothing accessory that has been worn, altered, or cleaned.
- Any item that has been embroidered, silkscreened or monogrammed.
- Custom-made or altered items.
*Of course any item that has a manufacturer's defect can be returned for a full refund.
**If an item you're returning will not make it back to us within 30 days of the date of delivery, please contact us to determine if we can make an exchange.
